Based at a residential land subdivision and master-planned community in Northern Moreton Bay, you will gain hands-on sales experience, whilst being mentored by an experienced sales professional. Role Highlights: • Full-time, 5-day roster including weekends • Engage with buyers and manage enquiries • Maintain CRM and prepare sales documentation • Track contracts, deposits, and promotional responses • Assist with reports and market research • Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings Qualifications To be considered, you’ll need a current QLD Salesperson Certificate QLD Driver's Licence and access to your own vehicle. If you're a team player with sharp attention to detail and a hunger to learn from industry leaders, we want to hear from you. Previous experience working within residential sales or administration will be highly regarded. This is a rare entry-level opportunity to join Queensland’s top project marketing team.
