Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team on a commission-based role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes, guiding them through our product range, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit customers in their homes for consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Assist customers in selecting the best window coverings to suit their needs, style, and budget.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct precise in-home measurements to ensure a perfect fit (training provided).
  • Prepare and present quotes, following up to secure sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of product offerings, features, and benefits.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in blinds, shutters, or home improvement products.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to conduct in-home consultations and provide accurate measurements (training provided).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence & car (required for home consultations).
