ABOUT US:

We are a small, growing thrift boutique offering affordable clothing, coats, baby items, and more. Our focus is on giving great value to customers both in-store and online (via Facebook Marketplace). We are looking for a motivated Commission Sales Associate to help grow sales and reach more buyers.

JOB TYPE:

• Commission-based only (no hourly wage or salary).
• Flexible schedule, part-time/hybrid opportunity.
• Ideal for students, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking for extra income.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with good customer service skills.
• Reliable and self-motivated — you earn based on your effort.
• Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and messaging buyers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Greet and assist customers in-store, answering questions and helping with purchases.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming store space.
• Take photos of items and create online listings (Marketplace, etc.) to attract buyers.
• Respond to messages from potential online customers.
• Arrange and complete sales through in-store pickups.
• Upsell items (online only) when possible to increase profit.
