YOUR MISSION Na PUMA estamos à procura de um/a Sales Associate para trabalhar no El Corte Inglés de Lisboa, com uma carga horária de 24 horas semanais e contrato sem termo. As tuas principais responsabilidades serão: * Assegurar um desempenho individual que atinja ou supere consistentemente os objetivos de vendas, KPIs e rentabilidade, através dos valores da marca PUMA. * Proporcionar elevados padrões de experiência ao cliente na loja, em conformidade com os nossos valores. * Apoiar no processamento da entrada e saída de produtos da loja. * Realizar a reposição de mercadoria, de acordo com as vendas geradas. * Garantir a execução e manutenção de todas as diretrizes visuais, assegurando que a apresentação visual da loja cumpra ou supere sempre os padrões da PUMA. * Participar e concluir com sucesso todas as formações exigidas para a função. * Apoiar na correta implementação das atividades promocionais na loja. * Manter as condições físicas da loja de acordo com as diretrizes aplicáveis e comunicar atempadamente quaisquer necessidades de manutenção. * Assegurar a prevenção de perdas de produtos na loja, através do cumprimento das Políticas e Procedimentos da PUMA. YOUR TALENT * 1 a 2 anos de experiência prévia em funções de vendas. * Capacidade para superar objetivos de vendas. * Capacidade para prestar um serviço de excelência ao cliente. * Orientação para o cliente. * Facilidade em trabalhar de forma colaborativa. * Orientação para a resolução de problemas. * Comunicação eficaz. * Conhecimentos de inglês valorizados.
