JOB DESCRIPTION:

A reputable training institute in Al Ain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of training courses to individual and corporate clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Al Ain and its business landscape is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Identify and target potential clients to promote the institute’s training programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
