You will advise and sell standard products and services You will take over service activities at the service counter, including troubleshooting with simple means You will clarify critical and complex customer concerns and process customer orders according to system specifications, including data maintenance You will be involved in product-specific sales promotion measures in the region You will support the induction/guidance of employees in the shop Requirements You have completed vocational training as well as specific task-related further training or corresponding professional experience. Due to your professional experience, you already have specialist knowledge in sales.
