Sales Associate – Customer service (Contract Role)
Length of contract: September 3rd - December 31st 2025 - Possibility to become longer or become permanent
Location: Montreal, QC – Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote)
Our client, a global organization in the aviation sector, is looking for a Sales Associate to join their Global Direct Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of digital products and publications to a defined client base, helping drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships.

By phone or by email, manage sales activities for existing customers, including securing renewals and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.

Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates using tools like Salesforce and SAP.

Lead customer engagement, negotiations, and follow through the full sales cycle—from order to delivery and payment.

Work closely with internal teams (Product, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of sales and support processes.
*
Provide customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement.
*
Support customer service and order-to-cash activities when needed.
