Position Overview: We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first Sales Associate to join our team and help drive membership growth at D1 Arlington Heights. Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will drive new business through lead generation and outreach campaigns while building strong relationships with prospective members and local organizations. They will also support front desk operations and collaborate with coaches to ensure a positive athlete experience.
