Job Description:
We are searching for a passionate and driven Salesperson to join our team full-time. This role involves connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting furniture, appliances, mattresses, and décor that aligns with their vision. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• A strong sense of style and understanding of home design trends.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Sales and Customer Service experience (1yr minimum)

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
• Educate customers on our range of products and services.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the showroom presentable and organized.
• Stay updated on furniture trends and store inventory.
