Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, working directly with clients to facilitate property sales and deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Property Viewings: Arranging and conducting property viewings, showcasing properties to prospective buyers.
  • Market Research: Keeping up-to-date with local property market trends to provide clients with expert advice.
  • Negotiation: Assisting in negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to secure successful outcomes.
  • High-Value Transactions: Managing opportunities to represent and sell high-value properties, including those valued at £1m+.
  • Administrative Support: Managing property listings, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
