MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLY SUMMARY Responsible for promoting a work environment that is positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the customer experience in-store through product knowledge. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service ● Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops ● Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner ● Assists customers in-store, on the phone, and processes online orders ● Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge ● Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the training and compliance binder ● Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise ● Upholds the Company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards ● Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc., are visible and updated ● Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld ● Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS ● Sales experience in a retail store environment is preferred, but not required ● Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail ● Reliable, punctual, dependable, and trustworthy ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment ● Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays ● High school diploma or equivalent, or GED Willing and able to submit fingerprints for a Level 2 background screening upon hire http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&URL=0400-0499/0435/Sections/0435.04.html Physical requirements ● Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach. ● Must have reliable transportation to store
