• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display through effective merchandising techniques.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and returns while ensuring compliance with retail math principles.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary.
• Foster a welcoming environment for all customers, including bilingual assistance when applicable.
