QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a real estate agent
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market and RERA regulations.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Assist clients with legal and financial paperwork, including contracts, tenancy agreements, and other formalities.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, brokers, and developers to maximize client satisfaction and company growth.
