We’re seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this sales role, you will meet directly with small business owners to provide customized T-Mobile business solutions. Previous sales experience is a plus—but not required. We offer full training to help you succeed in the telecom space.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SALES ASSOCIATE

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required (any industry)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Open to learning and adapting to new systems
• Full-time availability required
• Must be at least 18 years old (or turning 18 within two weeks of hire)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must pass a background check

• Meet with small businesses to assess communication needs
• Present and sell T-Mobile 5G internet, business phone plans, and devices such as tablets and iPads
• Build strong relationships and provide ongoing client support
• Educate business owners on the features and benefits of T-Mobile’s business services
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies
• Generate, manage, and track leads
• Learn territory management, CRM tools, and marketing psychology
• Operate within T-Mobile’s CRM system for efficient sales tracking
