Learn How to Build and Manage a Sales Pipeline: Receive hands-on training in how to organize prospects, track activity and next steps in the CRM, and understand how opportunities move from initial outreach through quoting, closing, and order execution. Develop Discovery and Client Communication Skills: Practice how to ask effective questions, identify client needs, communicate the value of fleet graphics and vehicle advertising solutions, and build confidence in sales conversations. Build Consistent Sales Habits: Learn how to manage daily sales activities, including calls, emails, follow-up, meetings, and other outreach efforts, while working toward clear development and performance milestones. Learn Alongside Experienced Sales Leaders: Partner with account managers and senior sales professionals on quotes, follow-up, client handoffs, project coordination, and client communication while developing full-cycle sales skills. Prepare to Advance into a Local Sales Associate Role: Build the product knowledge, activity habits, sales skills, and confidence needed to progress into a Local Sales Associate position. High performers may have the opportunity to advance before the six-month development program is complete. Requirements What It Takes to Win No prior sales experience necessary; just a strong willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve consistently through feedback and effort.
