REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
• Strong professional communication skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems
• Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience with Jane scheduling software
• A proactive approach to upselling products while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing through effective merchandising strategies
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are handled promptly
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment
• Be comfortable on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)
