We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What You'll Do You'll spend your first 90 days in ELI University! Our training blends traditional classroom learning with side-by-side, hands-on experience right on the floor. Make outbound cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong customer relationships that grow over time. Learn how to coordinate freight shipments and provide transportation solutions for customers. Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities to achieve individual and team sales goals. Negotiate rates and develop customized freight solutions for customers. Manage leads, follow up consistently, and expand your book of business. Analyze customer transportation needs, pricing, and logistics requirements. Work closely with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure successful freight movements. Participate in ongoing training focused on sales techniques, industry knowledge, and company systems. Post-secondary education is preferred but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
