Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Sales Associate and Clinic Assistant at our Kingston location.
In this dual-role position, you’ll be a key part of our vision care team, helping customers find the perfect eyewear and supporting the day-to-day operations of our in-store eye exam clinics. Whether you’re experienced in optical care or just starting out, we provide full training to set you up for success.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their style and vision needs
• Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately
• Schedule and confirm appointments for in-store eye exams
• Conduct pre-testing procedures to prepare patients for their eye exams

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for customer service and strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in vision care is an asset, but not required – we’ll train the right candidate
• An interest in fashion and helping customers feel confident in their eyewear choices
• Reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
