Description

Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for building relationships and closing deals? We’re a growing portfolio management practice looking for a talented and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Toronto.
Your primary focus will be on converting qualified leads into new clients. You will be responsible for following up on prospects , conducting initial meetings (virtually and in-person), and demonstrating the value of our services. Once a prospect becomes a client, you will seamlessly hand them over to the Portfolio Manager for ongoing management and service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to focus on what they do best: sales. You’ll work with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads, allowing you to maximize your earning potential and contribute directly to the growth of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a relentless drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of investment products and wealth management is an asset.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) is preferred, or a willingness to complete them within a specified timeframe.
    Compensation: Base salary + competitive commission structure.

    Pay: $55,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
