JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and communicates effectively in both English and French. You will assist customers in finding the right products, provide knowledgeable insights, and ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in technology or electronics
• Ability to perform engaging and informative product demonstrations
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems, including our Point of Sale (POS) system
• Basic math skills for accurate handling of transactions
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues professionally
• Excellent organizational abilities for inventory and display management
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities in a high-volume environment
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve a diverse customer base

COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

• À l’aise avec les ordinateurs et capable d’apprendre à utiliser notre système de point de vente (POS)
• Compétences de base en mathématiques pour le traitement précis des transactions
• Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, avec capacité à établir une relation de confiance et à résoudre les problèmes efficacement
• Très bon sens de l’organisation pour la gestion des stocks et la présentation des produits
• Solides compétences en gestion du temps pour accomplir plusieurs tâches dans un environnement de vente rapide
• La maîtrise de plusieurs langues est un atout pour servir une clientèle diversifiée

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through hands-on presentations.
• Offer expert guidance on technology and technical products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing merchandising displays.
• Process transactions using the POS system, including accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and handle calls with a customer-first mindset.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and uphold store standards.
• Manage time effectively to ensure task completion and maintain workflow efficiency.
