Half Price Flooring, Las Vegas’s top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented salesperson to join our team and help drive sales through phone outreach and customer engagement! What You’ll Do: ✅ Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate sales opportunities ✅ Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions ✅ Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates ✅ Follow up with potential clients to close deals and maximize earnings ✅ Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using a CRM system ✅ Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office ✔️ Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and sales experience (flooring/home improvement experience is a plus) ✔️ Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales ✔️ Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills ✔️ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls ✔️ Preferred experience with CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce ✔️ Ability to work Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month
