Hourly Range: $26.56 - $35.54 (aligned with company’s pay band structure)
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Sales Associate assists with obtaining revenue through new client service contracts for FLORES. They are directly responsible for hitting revenue goals and bringing in new business. Our Sales Associate is the key in long-term client relationships and developing strategies that align with the Company’s vision and goals. They personally demand customer service excellence and is a dynamic sales extraordinaire. Our Sales Associate is the face of FLORES, and our strongest champion of our core values: Service, Professionalism, Accuracy, Integrity, Teamwork and Family. You will be a strategic partner working alongside the Director of Business Development (DBD) to ensure that FLORES continues to be a leader in our industry. The ideal candidate will be organized, a quick study, self-starter, fast thinker, and a problem solver who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment and is always thinking five steps ahead to represent FLORES as the best strategic partner solution for potential customers.
