THE JOB ROLE
We are currently recruiting for Sales Associates to join our luxury retail team on variable hour contracts. This position is well suited to those that need a role flexible enough to fit around other commitments. It would involve working with our high-end clients in the fragrance department at Selfridges, Bullring, Birmingham. We are looking for adaptable and enthusiastic candidates who are sales-driven individuals. The ideal candidate would have a positive disposition, a strong storytelling ability and a love for building authentic and positive client relations with both local and international consumers. Applicants must have a passion for luxury beauty and fragrance and previous retail experience is preferred. This role offers the chance to build relationships with staff and managers across the beauty departments in both stores and beyond.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Bringing energy & optimism to every interaction
· Building and maintaining positive business relationships with clients and staff

· Ensuring sales targets & agreed KPI’s are achieved
· Leaving a memorable impression on everyone you work with, with a focus on growing the PIMES and any partner brand’s reputation
· Always adhering to the highest professional standards
· Reporting accurate daily sales figures and any brand insights directly to the brand managers/Pimes management/host store management
· Maintaining VM standards from open to close of business
· Ensuring the counter continuously upholds excellent hygiene standards, including clean units, stock and testers.
· Operating cash registers, processing payments and handling cash without discrepancies or errors
· Communicating any counter needs or concerns
· Performing in depth customer consultations, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and personal recommendations
· Assisting with maintaining the required inventory levels
· Driving brand loyalty
· Assisting with the organisation and execution of brand events in store
