REQUIREMENTS

• Must be fluent in Hindi and Punjabi language
• 1–2-year experience in a retail selling environment is an asset.
• Establish priorities and set direction for the store by conducting weekly walk-through in conjunction with the Sales Representatives.
• Ensure full understanding and awareness of all store communications including product information, current advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Must be ready to commute to different location.
