Bay Centre - 1150 Douglas St, Victoria, BC V8W 3M9. Unit Unit 124A located on the Level One.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Position: Sales Associate
• Immediate Start Date - Training will commence September 15th 2025
• Store location: UNIQLO Mayfair
• Reports to: Store Manager
• Position Status: Full Time - minimum 40 hours per week
• Rate of Pay: $19/hour
• Must have availability from Monday - Sunday + ability to work during holiday

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week for FT role
• Must be able to work Monday to Sunday and on statutory holidays
• Minimum of 6 to 1 year of customer service experience
• Retail experience is a preferred, but not required

• Provide excellent and courteous customer service to maintain and reflect UNIQLO’s values, mission and vision.
• Meet and exceed sales expectations.
• Continuously remain knowledgeable with the company’s brand, products and any current store promotions and/or advertisements.
• Monitor and replenish floor stock while maintaining store cleanliness.
• Understand, respect and follow the company’s code of conduct.
• Process various payment transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) System.
