The CD&S Sales Associate will be a vital member of the team, supporting revenue growth for CME Group Products across targeted client segments and regions. This role focuses on hands-on client engagement, data-driven analysis, and strategic support for the sales team's outreach and market intelligence efforts. What you'll do: Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests and handle ongoing client service needs. Utilize and analyze data sources to track, report, and evaluate performance against key metrics and activities. Execute outbound sales outreach targeting buyside, sellside, proprietary trading firms, and commercial clients. Collaborate with relevant product teams to support new product launches and sales initiatives. Research, analyze, and compile segment, market trend, and client intelligence data to enhance sales prospecting, inform decision-making, and support new business development. Demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems, effectively navigating them to input and export data. Liaise with resources across the enterprise to facilitate the resolution of support issues. What you'll need: 0-3 years of sales experience, ideally with a strong interest in financial services. Detail-oriented and self-motivated. Knowledge of CRM databases (e.g., Salesforce.com) is a plus. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with confidence in delivering presentations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
