What You’ll Do Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a warm, welcoming environment Monitor and track your personal performance metrics to exceed sales and productivity goals Commit to ongoing training in product knowledge, customer service, and store operations Support daily store operations, including inventory and system management Personally wear and advocate for our arch supports to become a brand ambassador Position Details Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $18.00/hour base + uncapped commission Average Earnings: $43,000–$60,000 annually (many team members exceed this!)
