gravitypope is looking for the right individual to fill the key role of full or part time Sales Associate in our Calgary location. Sales Associates must demonstrate a high level of client service, personal sales and product expertise, as well as creating an atmosphere on the sales floor that fosters client realization, retention, and loyalty.
This role is eligible for sales incentive earnings in addition to base pay. Compensation is based on relevant experience, job-related skills, location, and performance. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years’ experience in fashion retail
• Strong understanding of retail and fashion industries
• Initiative to independently stay productive and reach goals
• Ability to converse and build rapport with clients and co-workers
• Capable of working independently and with others in a collaborative process
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high quality of work is completed
• High attention to detail and surrounding environment
• Strong understanding of the retail industry
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft 365 programs an asset
• Experience with integrated retail and point of sales software platforms an asset
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field an asset
