  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in events, hospitality, or experiential marketing a plus)
  • Strong business communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Diligent, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in business tools to manage leads, track performance, and communicate professionally
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering results

  • Run re-engagement campaigns to convert past leads into repeat business
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date, ensuring every opportunity is tracked and followed through
