Super Crunch Tanghulu is seeking customer service professionals to sell our candy fruit (Tanghulu) at our new Richmond Hill kiosk location in Hillcrest Mall, opening in mid-September. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the sales industry, develop teamwork and entrepreneurial skills, as well as take on necessary duties while working in a fast-paced environment.
We aim to bring the vibrant and timeless tradition of candied fruit to modern palates, creating a delightful and colourful experience right in front of our customers. Inspired by the age-old Chinese street food, our Tanghulu offerings provide a unique blend of traditional flavours and contemporary customization. Each delicious stick is meticulously skewered and dipped into a shimmering glaze of sweet syrup, creating a tantalizing treat. The vibrant display of fruits and the sparkling glaze at our kiosk create a visual feast, perfectly capturing the joy and excitement of traditional Asian culture. With Tanghulu, each skewer is not just a snack but an experience, bursting with colour and flavour.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic math skills, including retail math
• Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers
• Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs
• Motivated and driven to achieve results
• Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment
• Openness to learn and develop new skills
• Flexibility and ability to quickly adopt to change
• Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
