Requirements What you’ll do as the Sales Associate: Present, promote, and sell vehicles using Performance techniques Build strong rapport with customers to provide an enjoyable car-buying experience Advise and educate customers on selecting a vehicle by listening to their individualized needs Establish and achieve strategic sales performance goals Ensure that, as part of the delivery process, all customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork What you’ll need to be our Sales Associate: Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality High school diploma or equivalent required Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Valid driver’s license without restrictions Obtain an Active Ohio Sales License
