Sales Representative at Home Care Supply Store
Home Care Supply is a leading home renovations supply store that provides high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and have a positive shopping experience. We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in our Barrie, Ontario location and contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- - Welcome and assist customers with their inquiries and product selection
- - Provide expert advice on our products and services
- - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- - Process special orders and transfers, and follow up with customers when their orders arrive
- - Conduct inventory counts and order products to ensure adequate stock levels
- - Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
- - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments
- - Collaborate with team members to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
- - Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail
- - Knowledge of home renovations products and trends preferred
- - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- - Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
