Essential Functions: * Determine customers’ needs and provide appropriate service and product suggestions. * Encourage repeat business through suggestive selling and handling special orders. * Educate yourself about products and assist in inventory management. * Participate in setting up promotional events and maintain store cleanliness. Other Functions: * Assist with unloading freight containers and accurately receive, check in, and price merchandise. * Train new sales associates and assist in store inventory preparation. * Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a professional store appearance. * Accurately handle transactions as a cashier. Working Conditions: * Work under regular store conditions with occasional exposure to various materials. * Flexible hours available, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. * Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods.
