REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for the retail industry and customer service
• Enjoy interacting with customers and building rapport
• Courteous, articulate, and approachable personality
• Good team player with a positive attitude
• Minimum Secondary education
• Able to converse in English (other languages an advantage)
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays

• Sell and promote IUIGA merchandise across categories
• Perform sales transactions (cashiering) accurately and efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service to every shopper
• Replenish merchandise and maintain store cleanliness
• Participate in inventory stock-taking activities
• Support visual merchandising to maintain IUIGA’s display standards
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Store Manager
