You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with other team members and managers to drive business success. What You’ll Do Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand. Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers. Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values. Share customer feedback and insights with the management team. Who You Are Are at least 18 years old. Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams. Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments. Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks. Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
