As a Sales Associate for Jellycat, you will be the expert on one of our most in-demand toy brands. From classic bunnies to seasonal favourites and limited editions, you’ll delight customers by guiding them through our collection and helping them choose the perfect Jellycat companion.
Your role will be to combine the “Art of Selling” with genuine enthusiasm for the brand, ensuring every interaction feels personal and memorable. You’ll also take ownership of the Jellycat space, maintaining high visual merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, and keeping displays playful, inviting and in line with brand expectations.
