We’re looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the buying process - from understanding their needs to matching them with the right vehicle and helping them explore financing options. You will play a key role in creating a seamless, pressure-free experience that ears trust and repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Automotive Sales Experience Preferred but not required
• Past Customer Service Experience Preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Networking skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer and mobile phone skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record
• Minimum of 5 years as an Automotive Sales Associate
