JOB SUMMARY

As a Keyholder, you’ll play a leadership role in daily operations. You’ll support the sales team, open and close the store, and ensure every customer experience reflects our high standards of service, ethics, and professionalism.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proven sales ability in a customer-focused retail environment. This doesn’t mean ringing people through a til. It means building relationships with customers so they ask for you when they return
  • Retail keyholder or supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of apparel, textiles, or fashion is an asset
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Provide genuine, attentive service that builds long-term client relationships
  • Maintain expert-level product and brand knowledge
  • Open and close the store, following all security and operational protocols
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when leadership is off-site
  • Support sales goals and in-store event execution
  • Help train and guide team members when needed
  • Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas clean and organized
  • Receive and organize inventory; maintain stock levels on the floor
  • Assist with special projects as required
