OVERVIEW

LA Fitness is seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our team! As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members, helping them start their fitness journey while promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and our club’s exceptional facilities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (MUST SPEAK ENGLISH)
• Sales experience preferred, but not required (we provide training)
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Passion for health and fitness is a plus
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekend

• Generate new membership sales through in-person and phone outreach
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting amenities and services
• Build relationships with members and prospects to encourage retention and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain knowledge of all current promotions and offerings
