We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the catalyst of the business; selling quality merchandise and helping our valued customers turn their dream homes into reality. As a member of our team, you will help customers with their purchases and answer any questions they may have, as well as provide support and assistance to your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their needs.
Assist customers in finding furniture pieces Understand customer needs and offer solutions from our product lines (living room, dining, bedroom, accessories) that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the furniture selection, including materials, designs, dimensions, and care instructions.
Explain the features and benefits of various products to help customers make informed decisions.
Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to finalizing transactions.
Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and patience.
Assist customers in placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries.
Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer concerns, product issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.
Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Educate customers about policies related to warranties, returns, and exchanges.
Performing various other duties, as assigned
What you need to bring:
Previous retail sales experience (furniture or home décor is a strong asset).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and being a team player
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
