JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team! You’ll assist customers in finding the right furniture, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless shopping experience from consultation to delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English

• Greet customers warmly and provide tailored service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend furniture solutions across living room, bedroom, dining, and accessories categories.
• Share detailed product knowledge: materials, styles, dimensions, care instructions.
• Guide customers through the sales process including orders, financing, and delivery.
• Address concerns, manage objections, and resolve issues professionally.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, including Value-Added Products and Services (VAPS).
• Educate customers on warranties, return/exchange policies.
• Assist with general store duties and team support as needed.
