We’re looking for a highly motivated all-rounder who thrives in a fast-paced, varied role. You’ll be a key part of our 2-person team, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations, business growth, and customer success.

• Sales & Business Development: Build relationships with local businesses, generate leads, and bring in new B2B clients.
• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service at the counter, on the phone, and via email.
• Operations: Assist with shipping, printing, packing, and other store tasks – no two days will be the same.
• Marketing Support: Help promote our services locally (networking, social media, outreach).
• Problem Solving: Adapt quickly and find solutions for unique customer needs.
