QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements through effective communication and upselling techniques.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette while interacting with customers over the phone.
