Position Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at Mainland Motors. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find their ideal vehicle while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry (but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Positive, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional product knowledge on vehicles and services.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery of the vehicle.
- Offer tailored financing and leasing options, as well as vehicle trade-in assessments.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends.
