Position Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team at Mainland Motors. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find their ideal vehicle while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally in the automotive industry (but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Positive, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional product knowledge on vehicles and services.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery of the vehicle.
  • Offer tailored financing and leasing options, as well as vehicle trade-in assessments.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-ups, ensuring a positive after-sales experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions with professionalism and care.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and advancements to remain competitive in the marketplace.
