My name is Sebastion Hineman. I am a manager at Furniture Row and I have a great opportunity for you. We are currently seeking an honest and motivated individual who would like to become part of our team as a Sales Associate/Manager Trainee.

Furniture Row first began as a pillow retailer in 1974 in Denver, Colorado. From there, the business took off at a rapid pace and today Furniture Row consists of four specialty home retailers: Furniture Row Bedroom, Dining, Living,
and Denver Mattress. With over 330 stores in 31 different states and still expanding, Furniture Row is one of the fastest growing furniture retail stores in the United States!
Starting Out:
You will begin as a Sales Associate earning commission off of the furniture that you sell. If you have never been in sales before there is no need to worry - we do not require you to have previous sales experience. We have many successful individuals within our company that have came from many different career paths. During your first two weeks with the company you are guaranteed $800/week.
Training:
We provide you with day-to-day training on our products, selling techniques, and leadership skills. After you get your foot in the door, we provide you with paid sales training as well as a paid extensive management training program. Manager Trainees that demonstrate the skills, leadership, and work ethic that it takes to be successful in this position can be promoted to Manager in as little as 1 ½ -2 years!
Pay:
Sales Associates: Average $50,000/year Managers: Average over $80,000/year
Benefits:Up to 4 weeks paid vacation, individual & family health plans, employee life insurance, vision and dental Insurance, 401 (k) plan. In addition, a $12,500 bonus upon being promoted to manager.
