We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while promoting our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• A proactive approach to learning about products and services offered by the company.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual sales goals.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Utilize basic math skills to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Provide technical sales support for technology-related products, helping customers understand features and benefits.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions, to effectively communicate with customers.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through excellent service, ensuring repeat business.
• Communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
