QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Restock shelves and help with inventory management.
• Assist in setting up store displays and promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.
