The Sales Associate will provide excellent customer service, merchandise, work with POS systems, help maintain the cleanliness and elegant appearance of the store, and work with an amazing team!

Your duties as a Sales Associate/Fashion Stylist:
- Assist the Store Manager with responsibilities in the store: identifying training needs; discussing strengths, opportunities, and trends; providing a strong leadership presence; focusing on productivity to meet sales goals
- Support the manager in all operational issues as required
- Build constructive and effective relationships with team and customers
- Work effectively within a team and be assertive in driving successful management strategies
- Create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting them during their shopping experience
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries and needs
- Maintain follow-ups with customers and build relationships
- Ensure company standards are met for store
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $11.00-$19.00 per hour
