Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the Building & Design Sales Consultant and be a key team member of the Sydney McDonald Jones Homes sales team. Your focus is to engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using one of our award-winning designs. With the goal of providing exceptional customer experiences, you will:

  • Orchestrate the engagement with prospective customers at our display homes
  • Maintaining presentation of the display home
  • Schedule appointments and take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display home
  • Initiate memorable experiences as you support customers through the sales cycle from developing, qualifying leads to nurturing and closing
  • Guide customers through this journey and present information to help customers confidently compose their dream home
  • Collaborating with the Building & Design Consultant to ensure business objectives are accomplishe
